A $5.6m investment being the underwriting of a $2m, a further $2m participation in an equity raising and a $1.6m converting note.
The company subsequently accepted a take over offer from a major valuing the company at over $3.9 billion.
The Fund will diversify its portfolio through investment in companies across base, precious, bulk and industrial metals and invest across the development spectrum from early stage explorers to producers.
These investments will be made in listed entities (across global markets) and private entities.
