The Fund will diversify its portfolio through investment in companies across base, precious, bulk and industrial metals and invest across the development spectrum from early stage explorers to producers.
These investments will be made in listed entities (across global markets) and private entities.

$30m funding package, by one of Australia’s leading resource funds, for feasibility studies and development. The package included equity, debt and a royalty. Subsequent to the transaction the debt was converted to ordinary shares in the company.
