A $71.9m funding package being a $17.6m equity raising for development and exploration, $42m primary banking facility and a $12.3m underwriting of expiring options.
The Fund will diversify its portfolio through investment in companies across base, precious, bulk and industrial metals and invest across the development spectrum from early stage explorers to producers.
These investments will be made in listed entities (across global markets) and private entities.
