Peruvian Gold and Copper
The reverse listing of an ASX listed vehicle to create a $11m Peruvian focused venture. This was followed by a stage $14.8m equity funding package supporting exploration and development.
The Fund will diversify its portfolio through investment in companies across base, precious, bulk and industrial metals and invest across the development spectrum from early stage explorers to producers.
These investments will be made in listed entities (across global markets) and private entities.
