Strategic and Business Advisory including securing a $35m working capital facility for the advancement of the redevelopment project of a Philippines off-shore oil & gas asset.
The Fund will diversify its portfolio through investment in companies across base, precious, bulk and industrial metals and invest across the development spectrum from early stage explorers to producers.
These investments will be made in listed entities (across global markets) and private entities.
