A $19.7m investment commitment being an $8 million equity investment into an Oil and Gas company via a secondary placement and underwriting 50% of a $23.4 million rights issue.
The Fund will diversify its portfolio through investment in companies across base, precious, bulk and industrial metals and invest across the development spectrum from early stage explorers to producers.
These investments will be made in listed entities (across global markets) and private entities.
