A $22m restructuring package which included the conversion $15m of debt to equity alongside the introduction of new equity.
The Fund will diversify its portfolio through investment in companies across base, precious, bulk and industrial metals and invest across the development spectrum from early stage explorers to producers.
These investments will be made in listed entities (across global markets) and private entities.
